Karen Y. Beyers, 60, died February 4. She married John M. Beyers, and they pastored Mountain View Baptist Church, Anchorage, Alaska. She earned a master’s degree in school administration and for 22 ½ years served as principal of Grace Christian School, Anchorage, Alaska,. She is survived by her husband, two daughters and three grandchildren (with one on the way).
